Exclusive online listing rights

I own or have the right to rent this board, and I give BoardSpace exclusive online listing rights for it: I won't list it on any other website, app or online marketplace while it is listed here. Offline sales are still allowed.

• BoardSpace holds the exclusive right to list and market each listed board online for as long as it stays listed.
• You may still sell the board offline (directly, by phone, through agents) and block those dates in your dashboard.
• Listing content created on BoardSpace, including the QR page, photos you upload and location data, may be used by BoardSpace to promote the board.
• Removing (archiving) a board ends the exclusivity for that board.

Your listings

• You confirm you own each board or have the right to rent it, and that it holds any required municipal permission.
• Location, size, price and photos must be accurate.
• Reply to requests within 7 days; unanswered requests expire.
• Keep your calendar up to date so renters don't request dates you've already sold.

Verification

We review every provider before their boards go live and may hide boards that look duplicated or inaccurate.
