Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data BoardSpace collects and why, under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• Your email address and name, when you sign in.
• Your mobile number, when you send a request and agree to share it.
• Artwork files you upload for full-service bookings.
• Anonymous QR scan counts. We store a one-way hash of your browser type, never your IP address.
• A record when you view a provider's contact details.

Messages we send

We email (and, if configured, text) you about your requests, bookings and payments. We use WhatsApp only if you opt in, and you can switch it off any time from My requests or your dashboard.

Who sees it

When you send a request, the providers of the boards you requested see your name, email, phone number, message and artwork. Providers see only aggregate scan counts.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by contacting BoardSpace support.
